The GEV Wind Power HR & resourcing team are responsible for searching and securing our in-field specialists, who deliver our service offering to our highly diverse client base.

Not only do the resourcing team specialize in securing our talent pool, but through their rigorous and supportive onboarding process, are there to support each technician in their initial and long-term engagement with GEV Wind Power.

The HR and resourcing process has been refined and enhanced to attract highly skilled field-based talent, against an ever-increasing global demand for our technical resource. This process further supports our organisational objective in becoming the leading global blade ISP.
