The central support office (CSO) was established in 2021 to enable GEV’s business to scale efficiently, through developing a single method of operating any central services.
The CSO comprises of; HR & Resourcing, Data, Digital & Technology, and services to support operations inclusive of mobilisation and travel coordination.
The business transformation programme is controlled and managed through the CSO, with many CSO team members having change management and transformational experience.
