Ewa Cieloszyk
Resourcing Manager
With a strong background in recruitment, project coordination, and logistics, I’ve built my career around one goal — connecting skilled professionals with meaningful opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
My journey began in the wind industry, where I spent several years managing logistics and project operations. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the challenges behind large-scale mobilizations and the importance of having the right people in the right place at the right time.
Since joining GEV Wind Power, I’ve moved from project and recruitment coordination into my current role as Resourcing Manager for the UK and Europe. I lead contractor mobilization strategies, oversee international manning projects, and ensure smooth collaboration between our European, UK, and US divisions. My focus is on aligning business needs with top-tier talent efficiently, strategically, and with a human touch.
What I value most is partnership with technicians, managers, and colleagues. Clear communication, reliability, and genuine respect are the foundation of how I work. Every successful mobilization is, at its core, about people and that’s what keeps me passionate about what I do.
Outside of work, I’m driven by movement and discovery, whether it’s hitting the gym, exploring new destinations, or getting behind the wheel to enjoy the freedom of the road.
Rorry Phillips
VP HR & Resourcing
With over 30 years of experience in business leadership and human resources, I’ve guided companies in best practices with attracting and managing people in world-class organizations. Having experience in manufacturing, consulting and industrial services, I have spent 13 years in the energy sector, including high-voltage electrical testing and wind power.
Since joining GEV Wind Power North America in 2021, I’ve led efforts to quadruple our workforce through global recruitment campaigns to build one of the best technical workforces in North American wind power blade repair. As a key member of the executive team, we focus intently on ensuring our team consistently represents our core principles, commitment to high quality and utmost safety.
Personally, I’m passionate about TCU Sports, travel and socializing with friends and family.
Agnieszka Wojcik-Bortniczuk
Recruitment Specialist
I’ve been part of the wind energy industry for several years now, primarily in HR and operations, where I’ve had the opportunity to combine two things I enjoy most: organizing complex processes and working with people. Over the years, I’ve recruited and trained hundreds of wind technicians, supported international projects, and made sure that everything happens on time and within budget. I see myself as a connector – someone who brings different departments and perspectives together to make things run smoothly.
For nearly two years, I’ve been working at GEV as a Recruitment Specialist, and I truly love what I do. This job gives me endless opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate with amazing people who constantly inspire and motivate me.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about Scandinavia. I lived in Denmark for almost four years before joining GEV, and earlier I worked closely with a Norwegian company. I love reading, kayaking, and target shooting. These are the activities that help me recharge and find balance.
Above all, I’m an incurable optimist. I believe that a positive attitude and a good sense of humor can make even the most challenging day a little brighter.

I began my career in HR back in 2017, and since then I have gained experience across recruitment, onboarding, advisory and learning and development. Over the years, I have discovered what I enjoy most about my work is making a real impact – helping people grow, develop, and reach their potential. I love collaborating with other and seeing how the right support can truly transform someone’s career.
Proud achievements at GEV Wind Power has been implementing new employee benefits, including our employee health plan, recognition incentives, and apprenticeship programme. These initiatives have strengthened our culture of care, which is something I am truly passionate about.
Outside of work I like to unwind (if I get a minute to myself away from my dog that is) with drawing, gaming or fuelling my interest in cars.

With over 11 years of experience in recruitment, I began my career as a Staffing Recruiter, hiring manufacturing personnel for multiple clients and later recruiting industrial technicians.
Since joining GEV Wind Power North America in 2021, I have focused on growing the company’s Service and Blade Division along with back-office support. It has been a privilege to work with such an amazing company and supportive team.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about art and home projects, and I love to travel. Experiencing new places and cultures provides fresh perspectives that I bring into my work in global recruitment.
