GEV Departments

The GEV Wind Power HR & resourcing team are responsible for searching and securing our in-field specialist technicians and back-office support, who deliver our maintenance and repair service offering to our highly diverse client base.

Our HR & Resourcing department play a vital role in attracting, developing and supporting the talent that drives our success. From career development, technician onboarding and people-based support, our Human Resources team are here every step of the way to support each technician in their initial and long-term engagement with GEV Wind Power.

Recruitment

GEV has global hiring managers across all divisions, allowing GEV to engage with suitable candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

The recruitment process has been refined and enhanced to attract highly skilled field-based talent, against an ever-increasing global demand for our technical resource. This process further supports our organisational objective in becoming the leading global blade ISP.
