GEV Wind Power utilize the best in industry field based technicians to deliver on-site maintenance, installation and repair work across the globe.
Our field based technicians are the front facing element to our service offering, and as such, each technician is enrolled through a rigorous onboarding process, with a requirement of passing technical, soft skill, HSE compliance, and industry certification requirements before reaching client sites, whilst our in-house certification team, ensure our technicians are upskilled through the investment in additional industry recognized training.
Our approach and supportive back office, really gives our technicians the edge over the competition with best-in-class technology systems actively enhancing the delivery of the services our technicians provide.

Having been an employed technician with GEV for many years, the investment in development has been evident from day 1, which has seen me grow professionally, recently being promoted to a Shift Manager on a large-scale campaign. Not only do I feel valued as an employee, but I can also see first-hand why our customer focus is a real positive for our clients, as we invest heavily across the entire project lifecycle.
