Field Based Technicians

GEV Wind Power utilize the best in industry field based technicians to deliver on-site maintenance, installation and repair work across the globe.

Our field based technicians are the front facing element to our service offering, and as such, each technician is enrolled through a rigorous onboarding process, with a requirement of passing technical, soft skill, HSE compliance, and industry certification requirements before reaching client sites, whilst our in-house certification team, ensure our technicians are upskilled through the investment in additional industry recognized training.

Our approach and supportive back office, really gives our technicians the edge over the competition with best-in-class technology systems actively enhancing the delivery of the services our technicians provide.

I have witnessed first-hand, the GEV Wind Power workforce grow exponentially since I started as a Field Blade Technician in 2017.
Our passionate workforce (in and out of the office) have definitely played a part in this consistent expansion, which has seen GEV Wind Power become one of the world's largest blade ISP's.
